CCSC Prayer & Fasting Chain (July 2025)

July 13-19, 2025

Our SPSC and Session have called for a season of joint prayer and fasting. Throughout the New Testament, we learn to pray to God as our Father to whom we can lift up every request and find both confidence and peace in him. We read of believers devoting themselves to prayer and seeing God work through them (Acts 2:42, 3:31; 2 Thess 3:1-5; James 5:13-15). We want to see God move in and through CCSC.

Please sign up for a date with topics you would be willing to pray for and/or which meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) you would commit to fasting. Additionally, you have the option to post a prayer and/or specific passage to encourage the church as the Lord leads. Multiple people can sign up for each day. After signing up, please put it on your calendar and set an alarm. Our hope is that you can check back to this doc often to see others’ prayers and encouragements as you pray for these topics.

Our Prayer and Fasting chain will culminate with our congregational meeting on Sun, July 20th. Please join us for important updates and a concluding time of prayer.
